. “Mobile App” system could collect data of at least 5–physiological-parameter (ECG, SPO2, Respiration, temperature and blood pressure) in a real-time way via physiological parameter monitoring devices which connect to the body.

Medical nursing staffs in the Remote Medical Center could monitor physiological data of App users and tracing any abnormal data via “Data Visualization” system, this powerful tool could provide real-time feedback to doctors or nurses for any emergency medical treatment or pre-hospital caring guidance.

. Any abnormal physiological data of specific App user will be recorded on a real-time basis in the system, it could be easily tacked by “Patient Management Background” system, which with features of presenting Patients’ List and monitoring data ---- the evidences for abnormal diagnosis.
