This system creates a possibility of remote contact between patients and medical & nursing staffs in a closed circle, patients’ health status could be monitored in a real-time base and nursing staffs in the remote medical caring center could monitor their patients in a remote and real-time way, which could largely improve communication efficiency between patients and nursing staffs, and its alarming function of any abnormal monitoring result could provide critical meaning for emergency medical treatment. At the moment, the hospital medical resources are seriously insufficient due to the current COVID-19 spreading, this innovated health caring cloud platform are especially important for improving people’s health caring. The functions of this system as below:

. “Mobile App” system could collect data of at least 5–physiological-parameter (ECG, SPO2, Respiration, temperature and blood pressure) in a real-time way via physiological parameter monitoring devices which connect to the body.
